My name is Jim Chapman and over the past 25 years I have been studying and gaining baseball knowledge. I wasn’t a guy with amazing talent so I had to spend my time learning and developing the tools I didn’t have.

I used a combination of top-level professional training and psychology to solidify my approach to the game and become a consistent performer day in and day out. As a result, I went from a career .240 hitter, to becoming a Two-Time Captain at the Division 1 Level with an average over .300 using what I have learned.

Now I coach locally helping players reach their goals using the same approach that made me a success.
